Onex earns annual management fees on the third-party capital it manages. The current annualized rate of this
growing and stable revenue stream is approximately US$100 million, more than offsetting Onex' overhead. In addition, Onex' return on invested capital is augmented through a carried interest on third-party capital. Onex has received US$172 million of carried interest distributions to date and we continue to have a
carried interest on US$7.2 billion of third-party capital.
