ONCAP II completed its initial investment in Environmental Management Solutions Inc. in March 2006 and subsequently invested additional capital to assist the company in its acquisition of Biogénie S.R.D.C. in November 2006. To reflect the new focus and outlook for the company, Environmental Management Solutions changed its name to EnGlobe Corp. in April 2007. On November 12, 2010, ONCAP, together with certain management shareholders, announced a going private transaction. Shareholder approval was obtained on December 23, 2010 and the transaction was completed on January 13, 2011.
